From Home page, you can click on "Forgot Password" and it leads you to change the password. If it still does not work, ask your supervisor/head to reset password from Admin scheduling portal. Please note you must have access to the email address which was used to register your HiveHealth account.

If you are from SGH team then only you are entitled to login this webpage. A general visitor is prohibited to be logged in.

You must have access to the email address used to register your Hive Health account. Username and Password comes in your registered email upon opening a account with HiveHealth portal. If it still does not work, it might possible your account has not been created yet and in this case please double check with your team head.
If you are with student role, you can access this site and check you respective course score.
If you are with Teacher role, you can check all students connected to a particular course and check individual student's performance in a respective course.
If you are with School Admin role, you can access all teachers and all students profile as well as their performance for a respective course.
Once logged in, a 'change password' link will be available on the top right of every page. Clicking this will take you to a page where you can enter a new password of your profile. Once you are happy with your new password, press “Confirm” to finalise the change.

Being a supervisor/School head, assigned wrong course can be removed from a student/Trainee. To remove a assigned course, school admin can see a ‘Red Cross” icon besides course assigned during ‘Set Course’ operation in User Management.
Please replay & check again. If not approach Playware admin (email support@playwarestudios.com) to help in checking scores, they can fix it.

If first option is correct and still have issue, ask your supervisor/head to check and resend Registration email again. Please note you must have access to the email address which was used to register your HiveHealth account. Re Sending registration email will have new password.
If second option does not work as well then contact Playware/Super Admin to resolve the issue. Write an email to support@playwarestudios.com.
